Dean Project Back Yard

Here we add a patio and landscaping in the back yard.

Dean Project Front Yard

In this project we had some unique problems to be solved. First there was no side walk to the French doors to the right of the front door; we used matching pavers to create a side walk to French doors. Second was the long walk to the front door, with on personality again with matching pavers we build a circle making a greeting area which added personality to the walk to the front door and added a nice place for landscaping.

Kim Project Back Yard

This like all work done by Hoffner Landscaping the origin design and creative concepts we done in house by our Designer Tom Hill. In this project we installed a new circular driveway, we extended the existing driveway by 10 and installed a retaining wall on the side yard, allowing us to create a flat yard for the families children to play on. New landscaping and a “Unique” low voltage lighting system with home automation and remote controls for lighting and the water feature. The irrigation system had to be completely redone with the new hardscapes.

Kim Project Side Yard

This project was to create an area where the customer’s children had a flat area to plan on. We built a retaining wall next to het house and removed over 100 yards of dirt. The existing driveway was extended 10 feet for more parking and more room for playing basketball.

McGuire Vegetable Garden

This project consisted of a rain water collection system, raised vegetable gardens with pergola and redoing the existing brick sidewalk.

Shread Project

WOW what a job this one was! This customer want to have a larger patio at the same level as the existing patio, this required building retaining walls and bring in over 45 tons of paver base. We ran all the rainwater out of the back yard through 4” drainage pipes under the new patio. We custom built the pergola, installed misting fans, low voltage lighting a water urn and one of the most beautiful summer kitchens you can imagine. Large Podocarpus were used for privacy on both front and back property lines.
