By placing the correct plant in an area we can achieve a landscape that will be colorful and low maintenance.

•First we will schedule a home consultation, this is the time to let your imagination go, the purpose of the design is to incorporate you're vision for your yard, with the guidance and creativity of Tom to have a professional plan for your personal paradise. Trees, shrubs, paver patios, waterfall and fountains can all be incorporated into the design. Dreams of elegant landscape lighting to bring your paradise alive after dark can be included also. The goal of the design is to give you an accurate plan and costs that can be accomplished all at once or in phases. With a design for all for aspects of your landscaping and hardscapes we can accurately break the design into phases and plan for the future. Many times wire or pipe run during the first phase will save time and money in the second phase.

•We are a busy landscape company; usually with in 7-14 days the design will be completed. I will have a computer design for each area of the project (landscapes, hardscapes and lighting).

•Finally an appointment is scheduled at the nursery to review the drawings and go into the nursery to see the materials and plants that have been incorporated into the design. This is the time to make changes to suit your personality and taste.

Our 3 point design service is the most comprehensive in the industry We initially charge a fee of $175.00 and refund the complete price of the design service of you purchase 50% of the design. Hoffner Nursery & Landscape Supply also retains all drawings until we enter into an agreement, at that time we will print out the area of the design you are purchasing and copies for your homeowners association if necessary.

Although our main goal is to install the landscape for you, we do designs that are for sale without having Hoffner Nursery do the instillation. The prices for these designs start at $2850.00
